Buhari Charges Security Forces To Confront, Wipe Away Terrorists From The Earth

President Muhammadu Buhari in Jaji, Kaduna State on Thursday, has charged security forces to the fight to terrorists and put terrorism in extinction.

Meanwhile, he praised the Nigerian military for its accomplishments and brave defense of the nation over the years.

Speaking at the Senior Course 44 graduation ceremony for 247 students at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College in Jaji, the President vowed that his administration will keep up its support of efforts to eradicate terrorists and insurgents “from the face of the planet.”

“The Armed Forces of Nigeria have responded commendably to the actions of separatists, armed militias, banditry, militancy, kidnapping, and other threats, including the insurgency by Boko Haram.

The intended objectives would be attained, he promised, and “this government will continue to give the necessary leadership and support.”

Recently terrorist attacks in the country were too tragic as this carry the hallmarks of national and transnational rebels attempting to wreak havoc both within Nigeria and in surrounding nations.

Buhari urged the graduating students, “It will be part of your job to battle these terrorists and insurgents and wipe them off the face of the earth and bring peace to our country.”
