The member representing Burutu North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta has showered on the speaker of the state assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori today being his birth anniversary.
Asupa widely nicknamed as the Octopus has stated that the speaker is a paragon of democracy, hence he has provided emulous model of leadership in the state legislature and beyond.
The Burutu Constituency 1 lawmaker in the Delta State House of Assembly stated further that Sheriff who is also the governorship standard bearer is a perfect choice by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to take over the mantle of leadership from Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa as governor of Delta State in 2023.
Asupa in a chat with Thepeoplesvoicengr also said that Sheriff will consolidate on the achievements of Okowa in infrastructural spread and human capital development across the state and all-inclusiveness in his democratic watch as from 2023.
In his birthday wishes, Asupa prayed God to continously bear Sheriff, speaker and governorship candidate in sound health, wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and protection while he commemorates his birth anniversary today even through 2023 in victory.
