President Muhammadu Buhari has relieved two ministers of their appointments in what seemed like a shakeup.
The ministers being relieved of their duties include Agriculture, Mohammed Sabo Nanono and his Power counterpart, Mr Saleh Mamman.
This was announced by the Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, Femi Adesina, on Wednesday.
According to him, the Minister of Environment, Mohammed Abubakar had been redeployed to the Ministry of Agriculture while the Minister of State for Works, Mr Abubakar Aliyu, is to take charge as Minister of Power.
He said the exercise will continue to fill vacancies as prescribed in the constitution.
