Oghara Excited As Angele, Ikisah, Takeme, Pullah, Boumienbi, Kofee, Alubeze, Others Join Asupa To Bury His Mother-In-Law



It was like a political carnival in Oghara today, the hometown of Chief James Onanefe Ibori, Former Governor of Delta State as Late Mama Omatie Mabel Awaise (Nee Magini) was committed to mother earth in a glorious home call to meet her creator.

Oghara is a town located in Ethiope West LGA of Nigeria on this special day had no space to contain guests as Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta traditionally bade goodbye to his late mother-in-law.

Late Mama Omatie Mabel Awaise, mother of Mrs. Kesiena Asupa Forteta lived a fulfilled lifespan of 96 years.

The Delta State House of Assembly member, representing Burutu North Constituency welcomed in attendance dignitaries across the state.

In solidarity, Rt. Hon. Godknows Angele, Chairman of Burutu LGA, Chief Combolus Ikisah, Vice Chairman of Burutu LGA, Chief Dr. Julius Takeme, Chairman, Delta South PDP Senatorial District, Hon. Pullah Ekpotuayerin, member representing Burutu South Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Mr. Ebike Oromoni, PDP Chairman of Burutu LGA, Hon. Kofee Ebisinne Amasuomo, SSA Investment, Chief Francis Boumienbi, SSA Community Development, Rt. Hon. Joseph Asiaye Alubeze, immediate past leader of Burutu Legislative Arm, and a large number of loyalists joined Asupa to pay last respect to Mama in a grand style.

Meanwhile, Bestman May aka Jfred Best took the central stage and thrilled guests with the best of Ijaw musical entertainment with Akpolokpolo, De Creek MC and Pastor Powell as the anchors.

Thepeoplesvoicengr can report that the burial ceremony is one of a rare kind. The arena was busted with many sight attractions inclusive of musical live bands, traditional dance groups, and many others.
