Tragedy! 11 Years Old Boy Commits Suicide In Ekpan

Wonders they say would not cease to exist as eleven (11) years old boy committed suicide.

Master Emma Daniel committed the suicide by hanging himself at River Road, Ekpan community in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State a few days ago.

According to Warri Aproko Special, after Emma returned from school on that day, he started playing. In the process, Emma began to practice what he used to watch in our home movies where he tied his mother’s wrapper to a wardrobe, and then tied his neck with the other end of the wrapper, and jumped down, not knowing how dangerous it could be.

Sadly, before Emma’s parents and neighbors got to know, and could rush him to Ekpan Central Hospital, Emma had given up the ghost.

The source further stated that the already dead Emma was taken to the parents’ church for prayers to resurrect him.

Mr. Daniel, Emma’s father who hails from Anambra State took his child corpse to bury in his home town the next day.

Nevertheless, I would beg all our parents to pay more attention to our children especially the younger ones by ensuring good control over them on what they should watch. That is the more reason there’s direction of Parental Guidance(PG) in all movies we watch.

In a nutshell, let’s be careful and prayerful while we try our best to bring up our children in the way of the Lord.
