Just In: Okowa Sacks All Executive Members, SSG, Advisers, And Others

According to The Union Nigeria Reports, the Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has allegedly sacked the State Executive Council.

A source in the Government House stated that the state governor has also instructed all former commissioners and members of the state executive council to handover to Permanent Secretaries of their ministries.

The State Government Executive Council has been in a meeting since afternoon.

In a related development, the governor has also sacked the SSG, Advisers, and many others.

Meanwhile, there are no clear details to the development yet, as reason behind the dissolution is unknown.

This development is coming in a time the state political atmosphere is tensed ahead of the 2023 governorship election.
