The 8th Ijaw Youth Council president, Dcn. Peter Timothy Igbifa, has cheated death in an accident termed to be fatal.
The accident said to have happened on Sunday 16th May, 2021 around Mbiama axis of the East-West road.
According to sources, the president of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, Igbifa was on his way to Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, to be part of the renouned Boro Day celebration, but vehicle unfortunately ran into a big pothole and summersaulted thrice.
The IYC boss’ car reportedly landed in the bush, and the damages it incurred were beyond repair.
The good news was that Igbifa and those in his entourage in the vehicle came out unhurt.
Igbifa confirmed this unfortunate and fortunate incident. He gave thanks to God for saving their lives.
