The Executive Director in charge of Processing, Research and Statistics in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Amb. Dr. Shedrack Agediga has rejoiced with followers of Christ footsteps across Nigeria today being His resurrection from death on Good Friday.
Conversely, God gifted us the highest present at Easter which metaphorically imparts christians to always give to people around them, thereby putting smile on depressed and hopeless faces just as God gave us His Only Begotten Son to save us from condemnation.
For the purpose of redemption of mankind, Jesus took the cross of salvation upon His shoulders, and walked down the long road characterized with whipping and bruises to the extent of accepting death to reconcile mankind back to God Almighty. He became the sacrificial lamb and ransom to redirect man to the kingdom of God.
With the Yuletide joy, the Peace and Resolution believer has religiously called on the Christian Community, Nigeria in particular to remain committed to the faith they profess. He equally charged them to always act out the christian faith in any given circumstance.
In same light, the Founder and President of the Shedrack Agediga Foundation further charged all believers of the Christ gospel to fervently pray for Nigeria to overcome its security challenges, economic dwindling, the Covid-19 pandemic, and every other menace that is gradually sinking the nation.
Agediga conclusively noted that there is light at the end of the tunnel, therefore stated that there is hope for Nigeria, but we as children of God must retrack our steps to only what is morally right for those around us, and the nation at large.
