Man Dies From Wife’s Hit With A “High-Heel Shoe” In Warri.

Allegedly, a woman hit her husband to death with a “high-heel shoe”.

Over time, uncontrolled temperament has led many into doing the what ordinarily what they wouldn’t do.

In the morning of Saturday 23rd January, 2021, there was a heated commotion between a man and his wife at Ugbuwangue in Warri, Delta State. In the heat of the misunderstanding as gathered, the woman hit the husband with a high heeled shoe which eventually led to his demise. The sad incident happened about 11:00am on the aforementioned day.

However, the identity of the deceased is given as Sylvester Etsebanghanro Ighomi who was also said to be a member of the Ugbuwangue Community Excos.

The police source stated, “They were having disagreement and the man slapped her and she seized the man on his shirt and he snubbed.”

Further information revealed that the deceased’s family was yet to officially lodge the case at the police station.

The Delta Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya was contacted, and he confirmed that the woman was in the police custody but the matter has not been officially reported to the police, he concluded.
